Delete your AI Caller account
You can ask us to delete your AI Caller account and the data linked to it at any time, even if you've already uninstalled the app. This page applies to the AI Caller app (in.bolchoai.aicaller) by Bolcho AI, a product of Neobound.

How to request deletion

Send an email to info@bolchoai.in from the Google account email you use to sign in to AI Caller, with the subject “Delete my AI Caller account”.

Include your business name so we can find the right account.

We confirm we’ve received your request within 2 working days. If the email isn’t from your sign-in address, we may ask you to verify that you own the account.

Your account and data are deleted within 30 days, and we email you when it’s done.
What we delete
- your account and sign-in details (name, email, profile picture);
- your business profile;
- your campaigns, offers and customer lists (names and phone numbers);
- call recordings, transcripts and AI summaries;
- your remaining credits and your AI voice agents; and
- support conversations, except where we need them to resolve an open dispute.
What we keep, and for how long
- Billing and tax records (purchase records, invoices) — for the period required by Indian tax and company law, generally up to 8 years.
- Basic call logs and security logs (number called, time, duration, no audio or transcript) — for up to one year where required by law or by telecom regulations, then deleted.
- Your consent record for the calling terms — for as long as we may need it to respond to a complaint or a regulator, up to one year.
Kept data is stored securely, used only for these legal purposes, and deleted when the retention period ends.
Delete some data without closing your account
You can also ask us to delete specific campaigns, customer lists or call recordings while keeping your account. Email info@bolchoai.in with what you’d like removed.
