What is AI Caller?
AI Caller is an Android app for shops and small businesses. You choose an offer, add your customers' numbers, and our AI voice agents — Priya and Raj — phone each customer in natural Hindi, explain the offer, answer simple questions, and report back who is interested.
Are these real phone calls?
Yes. Your customers receive a normal phone call on their mobile. They don't need to install anything. The AI agent talks to them live and responds to what they say.
Which languages do the agents speak?
Priya (female voice) and Raj (male voice) speak natural conversational Hindi and handle the everyday Hinglish your customers use.
Will my customers know it is an AI?
Yes. Our calling terms require the agent to say it is an automated AI call. Being upfront builds trust, and it is the right thing to do.
How do I add my customers?
Pick them from your phone contacts, or upload a CSV or Excel file with names and numbers. You can review the list before the campaign starts.
What do I get after the calls?
A campaign report showing who was reached, who is interested, and who didn't pick up. Each connected call has an AI summary of what was said, the call recording, and a full transcript.
How much does it cost?

Do I pay for calls that aren't answered?
No. Calls that aren't answered, are busy, or fail cost nothing. If someone picks up and hangs up within 5 seconds, that isn't charged either. Connected calls are charged per started minute.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 20 free credits, enough to place a test call to your own phone and hear exactly what your customers will hear. No card is needed.
Do unused credits carry forward?
No. Your plan's credits refresh at the start of each monthly billing period, and unused credits from the previous month expire.
How do I pay, and how do I cancel?
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Google Play using UPI, cards or any method Play supports. You can cancel anytime from Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled under Google Play's refund policy, and you can also write to us. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full details.
Who can I call with AI Caller?
Only your own customers who have agreed to hear from your business. You must honour 'do not call' requests and follow TRAI rules on commercial calls. Before your first campaign the app asks you to confirm this.
Is my customer data safe?
Your customer lists are used only to place your calls. We don't sell your data or use your customer list for anyone else. Data is encrypted in transit and you can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
